Emergencies and disasters happen without warning hence treatment cannot wait. The Department of Emergency Medicine & trauma provides comprehensive emergency service to all patients on a 24 hour basis. It is manned by a team of emergency physicians who are responsible for the clinical and administrative working of the department. We have 10 Beds in the Emergency room with a dedicated team of experts. The 10 bedded fully equipped Emergency department of Noble Hospital is well prepared to handle all kinds of emergencies and disasters. The emergency room encompasses a team of doctors with advanced procedural skills including surgical procedures, trauma resuscitation, advanced cardiac life support, and advanced airway management.
The department provides resuscitation, stabilization and transfer of critically ill patients. It also provides disaster management to the community in the event of major incidence of mass casualties. The diagnostic and therapeutic approach is run in a manner which is well though yet swift, extensive yet resource efficient. We have dedicated evidence-based protocols to deliver timely interventions in critical emergencies. We have dedicated stroke physicians who lead and manage strokes, cardiologists to manage heart attacks 24 x 7 within the golden hour and all other specialists and superspecialists available round the clock.
24-hour emergency and trauma care are geared to meet all medical and surgical emergencies in adults, children and newborns including,
Respiratory failure, Heart attack, Brain stroke, coma, head injury, trauma including road traffic accidents, mass casualties, poisonings, pregnancy related emergencies, surgical emergencies, liver failure, gastrointestinal emergencies, kidney failure, severe infections and allergies etc.

To achieve early diagnosis leading to prompt treatment, the Emergency Department has the following equipment in house.
- Portable X-Ray
- Portable ultrasound machine
- ECG machine
- Glucometer
- Blood gas analyser

- Ventilators including those for transport
In addition to the emergency medicine department the following support departments are available round the clock to augment the patient management.

When To Use Emergency:
- Cardiac arrest, Heart attack, Difficulty breathing, Suicidal thoughts, Possible broken bone
- A sudden, severe headache. Frequent vomiting and diarrhoea, Sudden confusion or weakness
- Severe abdominal pain, Headaches, head injuries, Infections, Lacerations, Minor automobile accidents
- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, Nose bleeds, Overdose, Seizures, neurological complications
- Stroke symptoms, Traumatic injuries, Urinary tract infections, Workplace injuries
- Poisoning, Snake bite envenomation, Adverse drug reaction, Hanging, Drug overdose and poisoning, Acute pulmonary oedema, Status asthmatic, Status epilepsy
